Booking and payment conditions:
• Deposit & Payment:
35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It is an older property, but very well maintained and spotless. Giorgos, the property manager, was extremely helpful, responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated his support throughout our stay. There are just a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests. The photos mainly show the part of the villa that is being rented, while in reality the property is a triplex. The outdoor/terrace areas of the neighboring units are very close, separated only by a railing, so the terrace offers a little less privacy than we had expected from the listing photos. Also, the rooms felt slightly smaller in reality than they appeared in the photos. However, we got used to the space very quickly and it wasn't an issue for us at all during our stay. Apart from these small details, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a lovely stay, felt very comfortable throughout our holiday, and everything we needed was there. Thank you to Giorgos for being such a helpful and responsive host!
