• Deposit & Payment:
35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.

A 5 star experience! The host was extremely kind, gave us very clear instructions for self-check-in and responded immediately to any questions. What's more, she also left us some excellent local recommendations. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, it is very clean, airy and well equipped. Check-out was just as easy and quick.
